Owner / President- Chris Lewis
Chris has been involved in the restoration industry since 1994. He has worked at all levels of the industry from emergency services to project management and estimating. His current role includes managing the estimating team, and he still actively handles files in the field. His vast experience and structural knowledge are great assets when determining the causes of losses. He is certified with the Clean Trust company in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Odour Control. Chris resides in Waterloo.

Owner / Chief Executive Officer- Joe Zitzelberger
Joe has been involved in the restoration industry since 2004. He is a licensed plumber and gas fitter. He has an extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and loss causal related to same. He has been an estimator locally since 2009 and has handled all types and sizes of losses with outstanding professionalism. He resides in Baden and is current member with the Baden Optimist Club. He is married with two daughters and enjoys their soccer and dance. Joe is a very dedicated hockey coach and loves to watch the kids learn and develop their skill on the ice. Joe is certified with the Clean Trust company in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation and Commercial Drying Specialist.

Project Manager- Rick Higgins
Rick Higgins has been an estimator in the restoration industry since 1998. He has been responsible for managing all types and sizes of losses. His conduct and professionalism are unsurpassed when dealing with both property owners and adjusters. Rick is very dedicated to clients and is an exceptional communicator. He is certified with the Clean Trust company in Water Damage Restoration and Odour Control. Rick resides in Wellesley, just outside of Waterloo.

Estimator Support- Andrew Gibbons
Andrew Gibbons has been an estimator in the restoration industry since 1994. He provides full-time support for the field estimators and is responsible for the majority of estimates that are generated, ensuring consistency throughout. He also generates the estimates for the restoration managers’ department when jobs are entering repairs. Lastly he is the point man for any insurance-related program that requires communication. He is always available in the office and has a great grasp of all the files being handled. He is certified with the Clean Trust Company in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation and Fire and Smoke Restoration. Andrew resides in Kitchener.

Restoration Manager- Jamie Walker
Jamie has been involved with Flood Restorations since its inception in 2009. He started as a crew supervisor and quickly became the "go to" person when handling large losses with multiple tasks. He has since moved on to Estimator and his grass roots knowledge of the claims process is a huge asset in his new role. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology. He resides in Waterloo and is a dedicated family man with three daughters. He keeps busy with his families bowling leagues and enjoys hockey and baseball. Jamie is certified with the Clean Trust company in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Restoration Manager- Alex Omand
Alex Omand has been involved in the restoration industry since 1997. He started as a Water Damage Technician. He took his Apprentice Carpentry and then became a Full Journeyman Carpenter. He is an avid animal lover and outdoorsman (mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and motocross trail riding). Alex has also been a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. His skill and knowledge as a carpenter has been a great asset to his current position as Construction Manager which he has performed since 2008. Alex is certified with the Clean Trust Company in Water Damage Restoration. Alex resides in Kitchener.

Production Manager- Jon Jennings
Jon Jennings has been involved in the restoration industry since 2007. He started as a Water Damage Technician. He then went on to become The Production Manager at Flood Inc. He is very active in sports (hockey, baseball, soccer). He has a love of animals (owns 2 dogs and 2 cats). He is a martial arts teacher, volunteered at Recycle Cycles, owned / operated a Reptile Rescue and was partnered with The Humane Society. Jon currently owns a website design company and continues to manage Flood's website. He is very dedicated and organized and these are great attributes with the many tasks his role performs on a daily basis. Jon is also manager of the health and safety committee, website developer, and our "go-to" person for all of our tech issues and upgrades. Jon is certified with the Clean Trust company in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. Jon resides in Kitchener with his wife, son, and daughter.

Office Administrator- Ruth Neff
Ruth has been in the insurance industry since 1989. She has worked with independent insurance adjusters and is well versed with the industry. She has been in restoration for 11 years and is knowledgeable in every aspect of the process, from emergencies to rebuild files. She enjoys all types of movies and music and spending time with friends. Ruth lives in Kitchener with her husband, has two grown daughters and is a grandmother to two adorable girls.
